Manesh Sivaswamy, managing director of shipping company Orient Express Lines bought 10,000 sq ft bungalow on 8,500 sq ft property for $6.6 million in 2006. Now worth about $25 million.
Have yacht moored in their backyard.
Has an ugly wife(who cares?), a 19 year old undergraduate daughter, a 16 year old son studying in international school.
One Maserati Quattroporte, one Audi Q5 and an electric buggy to get around their property.
For leisure, their daughter jet ski to St John S Island to darken her Ah Neh skin further. Or go family island hopping on their yacht.
