If you travel long distances between provinces and need to change battery halfway then how ? It is not user-replaceable and cannot be recharged by user.
It costs more than Tesla cars and need to pay monthly rental of SGD300++ for battery change.

Its a business model they hope to overcome long recharge time of teslas. Lets see if it works. Recharging tesla cars cost money too.
