Time to forget about SDP and focus on taking down PAP

WP's strategy of complete silence and disassocation with the other parties has been correct. There is no need to get into the m&d when much more important priorities are at hand. Voters have never read WP's dissonance as a negative. Only other parties supporters have done so, and they don't contribute to the vote count with any level of significance.

Focus on taking down the PAP as the sole objective, like what WP has been doing. Its hard enough for voters to ignore the yapping so lets not add to the confusion. The same goes for SDP if it want to be serious. Man up and contest and stop the yapping, you're only adding to the confusion and it doesn't dent WP's image one iota. You don't win votes for yourself, neither do you subtract any from WP with all those press conferences and open letters. Why bother? Just step into the ring.

Opposition unity is a madman's notion, to requote bro Goldendragon for the umpteenth time. WP knows that, hats off to them for not wasting precious time and energy listening to the delusion. SDP, if you can man up to the occasion and produce a solid candidate on 16 jan and conduct a good campaign, i will respect you for that. SDP's idea of opposition unity is they play the boss whereas everyone else united under them. The latest SDP proposal shows they only want the glory but not willing to work for it. Why should anyone support such a party of anyway of whom refuse to work?

Lets work to take down PAP as the main focus. As for PAP-Mini(SDP), they have shown their actual intent and true color. We do not need a duplicate PAP to give us trouble.

SDP/CSJ latest stunt main if not sole impact seems to only serve to take the heat off the White Scums and their rear admirer nobody-before-BE2013 candidate.

So yes, let's forget about SDP/CSJ for now and forever. Focus on dethroning the White Scums.

If the glory is so important, then why the WP MPs do not display their "glory" and use their time in Parliament to debate bravely for Singaporeans who are suffering? They are just plain lazy to do research. "No comment" LTK is just a fake opposition. Good debate is hard work.

Ideally that should be the case. But some parties are just too impatient. CST did not win his first time round in 1980. He was in it for the long run. And even after LTK won HG in 1991 it would be 20 years before WP would win Aljunied. Change and progress seldom comes easy. No one should step into the oppo fray without being prepared to sacrifice and take a long term perspective. Political maturity and savvy is also essential in the game, especially when the big guns like the SCM are pointed at you and ready to do you in at the slightest mistake.

I second the idea of letting WP take on PAP for the wrath of Palmgate and AIMgate. Other oppositions are still in their dreamy state which is the obstacle now. Looking at the desperation wanting of SDP, I can't wait for this BE to be over soonest possible before msm do further damage on all opposition image.
