Under the law she has committed an offence. Can report police to arrest her.

Travellers entering Singapore are granted Goods and Services Tax (GST) relief on new goods (excluding liquor and tobacco) brought in for personal use, based on time spent abroad: S$500 (48+ hours) or S$100 (under 48 hours). Items exceeding this value are subject to 9% GST, payable via the Customs@SG web app or Red Channel.

She has more than $800 worth of shopping not declared.

I support this lady on not declaring gst. Why give extra money to the govt. The gst is a robbing on normal citizens pocket. No difference on pickpocketing.

She should keep her big mouth shut after committing an offence. Now if she faces a fine, just blame herself!
