Very easy to cockup making internet bookings. Most run with MS explorer. Half way through you'll get kick out with other browsers. So did you just bought another ticket? With Jetstar there is actually a human being to call and fix that up for you. With Tiger you'll have to buy another ticket. Not only that have to go to the stupid budget terminal and walk long distance.
