i was walking around my HDB yesterday - a relatively young HDB estate...i am pleasantly pleased to find my block got almost no flag..maybe one or two. A nearby towering, simmering condo housing FTs or elites ...only got one unit out of the at least 200 units hanging flag ...LOL

that one unit must be glass loot.
