With 护国神山setting up shop in Beekok…u know the end is somewhere not far.
Taiwan AirForce Pride F16 even with AMRAAM / Skyword AAM and AWaC can only engage target up to 170-190km max…Tiongkok current PL15 can outshoot that easily. Not to mentioned the PL20 combo with J20. Tiongkok is likely to achieve partial air superiority over TW strait with 12-24hr and within 48-72hr over TW West Coast

HE loves us all, as HE created us all, and even DIVINELY gave us FREE WILL, with only an advice to use it WISELY... as HIS Biological creations can do far far more than machines/robots, etc, to fill the stars, a destiny promised eons ago to Humanity thru the devoted and dedicated actions of not just one man, but several, to UPLIFT LIVES.......
You may had experienced pain and sufferings and your life time, so too many, but most ADAPT to pragmatically to do what that is necessary - survival, than to blame others, when perfections existed not and NEVER in mortals.
Democracy may not be the best form of governance, but still far better in its attempt to serve at least the majority and openly/freely supported, than dictatorships such as witnessed in other nations....
The point is - thru your own pains, sufferings, high desires and impossible expectations -impossible, although NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE to our Creator - coz to grant your desires, it will mean many, billions of Humankind on Earth, will be DEPRIVED of their own needs to survive and progress, and ultimately affected....eg:- you are made king, but would you have the abilities to RULE, MANGAGE and GOVERN 7 Billion+ Humankind to meet their needs to prosper, progress and evolve?
Or even a simpler example - You strike TOTO of SGD $10million - WHAT would You had done with such vast sums which may TEMPORARILY resolves your needs, but knowing that there are flaws, such as lusts, temptations, etc - eventual hurt and harm to others - in mortals, even oneself, as no mortal is all-knowing or perfect...and even to loved ones. over the long term...?
Thus had you instead forsaken GOD and HIS simple basic teachings, but blame others for such abandonment?

To return back to the thread, does anyone feel strange with PrezXi SURPRISE visit to Tibet at this time?
1. Being the President, he would have his hands full daily, with his itineraries planned WELL AHEAD, if not weeks, it would be months IN ADVANCE. So how would a SURPRISE visit to Tibet came about?
2. Sept 3, just a few days away, marks the anniversary of CCP's WWII victory. Much had been said about showing off its so called 'advanced weapons'. Being the President, would not he be busy up to his neck over-seeing and supervising this momentous event, not just the display but many many more details to ensure nothing goes wrong, whereby his words alone can alter situations?
3. There had been reported strange man-made events happenings in recent days and weeks within bamboo curtain China...... thus, was it a truly 'SURPRISE' visit to Tibet, which was invaded by the devil Mao's troops in the 50s, with still a strong military garrison there,
OR,
did he fled from Beijing?
The insignificant nobody me wish all China citizens well.....

1. While it is true that the ThreadStarter - Mr Syed Putra sought for an opinion from Singapore citizens, but still, background information will always be needed for one to make informed decisions.
2. Although majority of Singaporeans are Chinese, but many of our recent ancestors fled from the brutal Manchu Qing dynasty and more recent from CCP commies in the late 40s, into Taiwan, S.E Asia and more, not for glory or fame, but only to survive, to put food on the table for loved ones, family, relatives, friends and a better society thru the Rule of Law than what had horrifically happened during the devil Mao's ignoramus harsh and brutal rule....
3. Without Singapore and the late Deng Xiao Ping's efforts in 1994, modern China would not had existed.....
4. In the end, what happens in China, stays in China, regardless if our fellow Humans there are happy or not.... we in Singapore can help out as much as can, as we too need to survive..
5. However, in Singapore, we had built up a DEMOCRATIC society, thanks to the many, so many, from our founding, forefathers and current generations, that is an envy to the many others suffering Worldwide....
6. If hand outs / vouchers, gst rebates, etc are a yardstick to the progress and Civilization of Singapore, than that would be demeaning and an insult to the history of our modern Singapore.
Those Handouts/vouchers, etc are only miniscule, in monetary terms, meant to help in whatever we taxpayers can spare, as other National expenditures are high - healthcare, education, security, infrastructures, etc, etc, to help those whom are behind us, to uplift them, IN COMPARISION to the EFFORTS, many which are PRICELESS - even a mere helping an old lady across the street, let alone much much more that had been displayed by fellow Singaporeans, that even went unnoticed, but each personal effort, based upon our sacred National Pledge sworn daily during our formatives years, LED to the BUILDING UP of our Nation, that no other 194 Nations on Earth can deny, except the ignorant, the insane, those with axes to grind, those unscrupulous and more....
