First things first, a word about the noodles. Them ultra curly strands could jolly well have been rendered thanks to a zigzag crimping iron for all we care, the bothersome bit was an overall unmoist blandness tastewise. Lest they roll out the convenient defence of using one gentle flavour bath, still we would have rubbished it: there was no bath to begin with!!!

The quality of meat in part deserves some honest skewering too. The char siew and minced porky scatterings were probably derived from one tense, frightened piggy ushered into the slaughterhouse, else we couldn't for the love of god fathom how our teeth sunk into such a frigid state of affairs.

A bland imitation of wanton noodles and a mispronunciation of the cantonese term konlo mee (dry noodle).
If you ever met and have dealings with a Sarawakian Chinese before you will know what I mean =just awful.

Never tried before and never intend to try at all :D

Yes this is a bastardized dish of wanton noodles.
That said other bolehland’s so-called wanton noodles are also abomination of the original...and that includes Sg’s version too
