I'm so proud of these youths from ASEAN countries REJECTING full bond-free government scholarships from the Singaporean government. I've met so many such young people already. It shows courage, principle, and an unwillingness to be bought into a crazy system that destroys the soul, numbs the brain, and annihilates all capacity for happiness. Let the PAP know that you won't be sucked into their bullshit. We have our brains, our ambitions, and our drive; we don't need to trade our entire being for some cash-based incentives.

Let the Singaporeans keep their tax money too... I mean, seriously, what kind of government cares so little about their own people that they hand out scholarships to foreigners who were AGGRESSIVELY RECRUITED IN THEIR HOME COUNTRIES ON MOE MONEY, and refuse to fund their own citizens' education instead? Mind you, these foreigners are technically headhunted; they didn't proactively apply for these scholarships. Obviously something is wrong with Singapore, if they keep handing out scholarships to mediocre foreign students.

Remember, I also know a ton of government scholars who are morons. And even the morons flee after eating some free lunch. Those who have no other choice stay back. Face it, PAP, the ASEAN Scholarship program is a failed project. Even money can't buy foreign students' hearts anymore!

I see so many Singaporeans getting married just to buy an HDB flat... That's just great, falling for the government's social engineering ploys to have babies for the sake of the PAP's KPIs and trap even more men in a legally-sexist institution. Psst... I don't want to add insult to injury, but, after all the sacrifice, effort, expense, and patience to wait for the flats, news flash: you don't even actually "own" the flat technically, not when it's a 99-year leasehold and HDB enforces so many rules over your "ownership" of your home and en-bloc sales happen every so often, forcing you to sell and move arbitrarily.

Not only are you tricked into giving up your dreams, freedom, and vibrant singlehood, you're also duped into believing that you're home owners when you're really just glorified long-term renters. Hell, if you want me to be really accurate, you're fancy long-term subletters. The land is leased by the government to HDB for 999 years, which in turn carves out 99-year leaseholds to HDB buyers.

It's none of my business, but sometimes I just wish these Singaporean men think five or six times before getting married just to get a flat. Home ownership is overrated. In any case, you can't "own" an HDB flat anyway... just like you don't actually "own" your car. What kind of car has a built-in ticking time bomb anyway, where after past a certain date, it becomes completely worthless, regardless of its actual condition, mileage, etc.? COE, BITCH! A ticking time bomb is bad enough... It's not like the permission to own the car and the car itself are cheap to begin with.

I still can never brain the concept of COE. Why pay the government for the permission to own a car (mind you, not the car itself)? As much as Malaysians are in deep shit, I think Singaporeans are worse off.

I really ADMIRE Professor Tey Tsun Hang, the NUS MALAYSIAN professor who slept with his student (who happened to be from my batch in NUS Law School) in exchange for better grades. He was sentenced to 5 months of jail by the Singapore Court for corruption, but, as far as I know, served most of it at home under some special house arrest-like program.

Anyway, here are a list of his accomplishments:

1) Became a judge in Singapore in his thirties as a Malaysian.
This alone deserves utmost praise and commendation. He also became Associate Professor in the NUS Law School and further authored a book, "Legal Consensus," published by Hong Kong University, that basically tears the PAP apart on their shitty legal policy. In Singapore, that takes massive guts. I'm not surprised that he's Malaysian and not Singaporean. Singaporeans will never dare to do it.

2) Not only bedded his hot female student (okay, hot is debatable) but also got her to willingly buy him gifts worth thousands of dollars.
And, mind you, this is a man making more than S$200,000 a year as an academic. I doubt he spent a single fucking cent on Darinne Ko, while she bought him luxury pens, shirts, settled his bills, etc. In any case, I knew Darinne Ko though not too close (we did a couple of group work together), but she didn't strike me as a particularly bright person, much less a bright law student. I wasn't surprised that she was the dumb kind and easy to manipulate.

3) Went on some work trip to the US but got Darinne to visit him, buy him dinner, and have sex... all on her expense of course.
This is self-explanatory and a continuation of point 2. He's really skilled at having his cake and eating it too.

4) Took Darinne's virginity on the couch in his office.
Holy fuck. Free lunch, free gifts, PLUS cherry-popping honor? WHERE DO I SIGN UP?

5) Told Darinne to have an abortion upon impregnating her. ‪#‎LikeABoss‬

6) TOLD DARINNE TO ABORT THE BABY USING HER OWN MONEY.

7) After all these shit, Darinne still DEFENDED HIM AND SAID SHE LOVED HIM, HE DIDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HER, AND IT'S ALL OUT OF LOVE. WOW!!! I bet she's still sexually available to him now, if he just asked.

My advice to Professor Tey: forget about lousy Singapore and COME TO CALIFORNIA AND SEEK POLITICAL ASYLUM, BRO. I'll buy you a meal and give you endless high-fives. It'd be an utmost privilege to finally meet the man! Maybe he can teach me a thing or two on how to be a real man.

This post is dedicated to the smartest Malaysian who's ever stepped foot in Singapore.
