Where does Mormon, seven day Adventist, Jw, etc etc fit in?
Those three were founded in the USA during the 19th century by Americans of British descent, so I would consider them to be spiritual "descendants" of the original European (including British) Protestants (who started their protest against the Roman Catholic "Church" in the 16th century):
