I am losing interest in this boring site. Have not logged on for quite sometime. Would you expect me to introduce this site to my friends? SG friends have been updating me with articles from here and Temasek Review via e-mail. :o

Been in Sydney all this while. Saw your other thread about Sydney property prices. Just gotten myself another property in Sydney recently. The eastern suburb prices have skyrocketted. Demand outstripped supply. Houses that were supposed to be on auction, disappeared from the market after 2 inspections because buyers are offering the sellers a hard to turn down offer. E.g. a 3 bedroom townhouse marketed at expected $850k during auction, was sold when the buyer offered to buy it at $930k.

Now busy with renovation. Went to the tile shop you recommended but did not buy from there.

Found much cheaper tiles in Tile Factory Outlet, Auburn. Tiles going at $3 per m2. What you see on the website are just some samples. http://www.tfo.com.au/clearance-tiles

Auburn is place to go when you need to do renovation. Got my Click Step laminated flooring from a Silverwater shop for $13 psm cheaper than my neigbhourhood shop. Same product, same company, different franchisee, different prices. Bathroom accessories also very cheap. There are Trifty bathrooms and Plumbing, Tiles & Bathroom world etc. They give Renovation Boys and Angel Touch a run for the money. :p

Bro blur, yah just paper huat only. Still it means I'm paying less if I delayed it for a year. Still good, the bush fire by the time it reach here half of Penrith, emu plains, heights will be gone. I doubt they will let that happen.
