Go to SPCA. By buying from pet shops, you are only encouraging more dogs to be born. Some of kennels in the breeders premises and or the pet shop are plain cruelty to animals. By getting from SPCA - your are saving a dog from being put down

Where would you recommend to get a puppy in Singapore at a affordable price? Also, besides chihuahua, is there any other breed that will remain small size? I like small dogs but chihuahua is too anaroxic looking for me.
