He is too young to conduct an interview with a more seasoned candidate. As a result, he most likely spoke in a snarky and patronizing manner to the interviewee, who eventually didn't care about being politically correct. This infuriated him so much that he started posting it on social media as a way to express his rage.

No qualifications for certain garment job like SPF sergeant. Only O levels or ITE Nitec is needed and they can be very Yaya. More of ball sucking and who they know that put them there in the first place.
