Chitchat This Johor MB is waking up

Only the dumb will not be able to read between the lines.
This MB kena fucked by the Johor ruler (I refuse to call him sultan. Setan more appropriate) to solve the causeway issue as it is preventing Sinkies from snapping up his property developments which has a huge overhang and dragging his finances.

Causeway being a border issue is under federal. It see s like jiu hu CIQ has no management in charge of entire complex. Immigration do their stuff, got their own areas, customs like wise.
JB boomed under badawi who was contemplating a open border, like the EU but dr m started to protest .
Theme parks flourished in jb due to day tours by tourist from china and india as no visa was required.
Najib put a stop to all these and the rest is written in failed projects all over jb.

Why ferry service to Tuas ? Tuas already has a bridge to Johor. They should build the ferry terminal at Pasir Ris, or use the existing one at Changi Village.

Tuas already has a CIQ complex and a mrt station nearby.
To take the bridge, you need to do a very long detour by car.
