43 year old Shoichi Takezawa, a former director of a Cosmetic Surgery clinic in Edogawa of Tokyo was arrested for raping a woman in her 20's under general anesthesia before surgery in January, he is suspected of sexually assaulting her for 2 days.

He admitted to the allegations, and videos of him performing obscene acts on more than 10 patients was further recovered from his personal computer, the police is pursuing additional charges.
