Building mega shipping port will not bring shippers businesses to you.... no money to be made from shipping wharfs services unless you are like China a manufacturing business economy...
Singapore as a shipping port transshipment, distribution, does not make money too, it depends on logistic support supply fresh waters and food to shippers, laundry money serivces, prostitution whoring to shippers, gambling and airport services... and sin city services to shippers...
