you are mistaken. The NK are actually brainy people with loads of common sense unlike uncle sam idiots. the NK officials told me the reason why there is no stools or chairs to sit is because the moment a person is half drunk he would have difficulty standing straight and hence they would not serve him anymore alcohol. solves all probelms like vomiting, fights, drunks sleeping on floor, quarrels, drink driving amongst officials , etc with just a simple idea!!!
