In parliament debate, you need to speak clearly, concise and steady. I doubt desmond lim has the quality, otherwise will be bullied by PAP MEMBERS for speaking like a boy. The speaker may find his speech too slow and taking up other people's time to debate.

i'm actually quite surprised and impressed with the innovative attempt. american politics may take the cue and copy this stunt. although not professionally produced and promoted, it opens up opportunities for fly by night politicians with lack of publicity, support, exposure and funding. :o
