In other countries, this man would have a pension and treated with respect for his service to the nation. Any wonder why nobody wants a life of sports here...

At 72 years old, he should be recognised for his efforts and service for uplifting and bonding a nation through football when he was young, not work as a lowly kitman in a football club.
