Only China 100 enginners: 4 lawyers can take on whole projects.... huat ahhh...

But then again, stupid 中东人 shd invest in their people to become engineers and manufacturing first... then build these project themselves...

Now depend on FT Chinese to build but cannot maintain anf fix 21st Century high tech equipment by their local citizens.... stupid and senseless wasting their wealth....
