Times have changed. These days, many foreigners in Singapore are druggies in night spots and even uni students take weed in NUS and NTU. However, police will avoid bringing anyone back for testing drugs, even if they looked tipsy and smell of marijuana. Unless trafficking or battery is involved, there is a long checklist to fill before they are allowed to test someone to drug.

Depends on who the arresting officer is. If it's your uncle, and if he is given the chance to arrest a particular auntie, I'm sure he will punch the auntie in her face first. After that, no need to handcuff liao ma. Auntie already hei hei liao.
