My youngest child told me that he has much respect for Street musicians for their improvisation.
He is age 15, was aiming to achieve ARCT at the Royal Conservatory of Music, for piano and organ. But due to COVID, he has not had any organ lessons since mid March 2020.
As a result, he is unlikely to be ready for the professional organ exams before he completes 8grade 12.
He is doing grade 10 piano now, and has burned last summer, and the next few summers to study and pass the pre requisites, such as grade 9 and 10 music theory, music history, harmony, etc.
He hopes to achieve ARCT piano before he completes grade 12 academic.
