Barring land size, there are an increasing number of houses in Singapore privately rebuilt to that kind of standard, and yet the average HDB peasants keep on saying they "do not want" larger homes and snap up 3-4 room flats, yeah right, losers.

fantastic house; big land, big swimming pool, lounges, bedroom etc. even the living hall looks like a medival lord's hall.

i will pop by to look see look see. probably will go for a cool $2mil+ i guess. unless i strike lottery, these kind of houses are out of reach for the "lesser mortals" like me.
