OMG if what this is saying is true then over govt is going it the wrong way by paying our ministers sky high salary! Since what it implies that $ can only motivate people to work best at production ops level and that thinkers and invators get hampered by large monetory rewards and rather they get self motivated by ideas rather than by money we should help our govt by pay cutting our ministers so they can perform better right?
