US, canada and venezuela. Canada oil exported through louisiana and texas via pipeline. Not sure of Carney allow this in spat with trump. Heard canada want to export through its arctic port of churchill. Needs ice breakers occasionally.
And another pipeline to west coast port for asia market. They already got lng pipeline, storage tanks and ports in west coast. Delays due to red Indian and environmentalist consent. 10 years.
