Why can't an entrepreneur come from the middle class, grow a family business into an international conglomerate, and create millions of jobs?
agreed, where do billionaires come from in the first place?surely they have to be created at one point or another by a source they didnt simply appear out of thin air.there has to be a large enough population to form a big enough market to make them insanely wealthy in the first place......vanderbilt and andrew carnegie came from poor immigrant families in the early days of america,it took them a entire lifetime to grow a fortune of 200 million and 300 million respectively,of course at that time there was not enough money in circulation for billionaires to exist, however if u factor in inflation vanderbilt and carnegie was worth 200 billion and 300 billion respectively.
