The asshole who is responsible for the ERP system and all the traffic problems today. And also tourists complaints that went unheeded. LTA / TP no more issuing summons. Was subcontracted to Cisco so LTA will shun blame and say they don't want to interfere now that Cisco is in charge. The various feedbacks that i got from taxi drivers. Krafty can't earn $4000/mth unless he drives 16 hours a day. Taxi driver average pay is about $2500-$3000. :D
