Francis Seow had reasons to hate Mr Chiam See Tong and Mr Low Thia Khiang. He was already known to write a lot of false and unsubstantiated things, so it's only natural he would write the same of these two gentlemen. I feel sad for him though, he was treated unfairly, so he thinks the whole world is against him and started blaming everyone and everything he can think of.
