The white horse NSF kids and white horse MPs

There are the white horse NSF kids with special previleges and these 白马王子 are serve by BlindDeaf (Mindef) and civil servant Min of Def Tony Tan.

Then they have GRC to serve these 白马 to enter parliment.

These 白马 don't have to fight in combat while serving the army and in election they also don't have to fight in single ward.

This is PAP 50 years of track records or is it 50 years in the making? I don't know what to say...

Is LHL considered a 白马 NSF and 白马 PM? We wonder?

TRE is flipping over the PAP carpet to let out all these years of coverups and is Sam going to do the same?

It seems rather weird that they have to emphasize on the term called"civilian police". Isn't "police" by default a civilian branch unless otherwise specify e.g "military police" ?
