Despite that Singapore can produce a similar or equal talented local Singaporean, but company is still in favor of foreigner over native Singaporean for job, especially in senior role. So instead of promoting internal staff from headcount, strangely company preferred to employ non-Singaporean. If you have friends or relatives still working, ask them how many senior role is occupied by local vs foreigner? Most probably in government statutory boards might have foreigners too.

Undoubtedly, Singaporeans are under the feet of foreigners like a dog in our own country.
