I see nothing that demands them to cover their hair.

The koran says more than that, women have to lower their graze. Have you seen any muslimah following it? Most muslims are following their religious authorities, not what the koran actually says.

Two of my Muslim female staff shared that they were shouted at by a Malay man as they entered a bakery to purchase bread because the store didn't have a halal certificate.
