If you are a guy and want to live longer, all you have to do is stare at a woman's breasts for 10 minutes daily. At least that's according to this article published in the Chinese newspaper on December 3.
The sender, who spotted the article, was amused by its claims and did some research to find out more about the claim.
Some online sources STOMPer Octogenerian came across attributed the claim to Doctor Karen Weatherby, a gerontologist and her team from Franfurt, Germany.
According to him, the researchers carried out a study on 200 males and found that staring at a well-endowed woman for 10 minutes everyday is equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics work-out. This is because the excitement can help improve blood circulation.
In an email, STOMPer Octogenerian says:
"A local Chinese daily published an article on December 3, on how man can prolong his life by five years, which also features interviews with local doctors.
"According to a report in a well-known medical journey, Dr Karen Weatherby said that a man can prolong his life by 5 years if he spends 10 each day to look at a woman's breast.
"I am sure our senior citizens would not mind wasting 10 precious minutes if this method could really prolong their life span."
