You can start by volunteering at your local RC. Clock more hours and volunteer to accompany your ward's PAP grassroots advisor on neighbourhood walkabouts and pouring tea for him or her during the Meet-the-People's session.

Do that well, and your local RC head will introduce you to me in person. If I find your sincere enough, I will introduce you to fellow PBM grassroots leaders like Or Kim Peow and Uncle Sam Goi.

We join the grassroots to serve the people though. If you wish to laugh your way to the bank while doing grassroots for the government, you are in the wrong grassroots.
