for me, mr lee kuan yew stands out as the most outstanding politician in this part of the world, if not the whole world
he is intelligent, he is tactical and he has the foresight to build a nation from almost nothing
he has transformed a city from a third world status to a world class icon - something no politician has done in his life time
i applaud mr lee for his great leadership, his great achievements, his great oratory, his great charisma, his great statesmanship
he is responsible for all the great changes which are taking place right here in singapore
without his courage to renovate, without his courage to relocate, without his courage to transform and to move forward
singapore will not be where it is now
singaporeans owe mr lee kuan yew big time
we should always be grateful to a great leader - a statesman who had brought us up from the kampung days to modernity
we should respect the man who did not mince his words and performed with sheer diligence and dedication to make singapore rock
i wish mr lee kuan yew good health, many more happy days and many more enlightening books and discoveries
