The multi-tier underground city is coming

Proof of Concept has been achieved. Building multi-layer underground cities is now doable.

Now the PAP can proceed with the 10 million population plan.

Underground city masterplan:

1. Above ground city is for PAP elites, rich and angmo foreigners
2. Layer 1 is for PATANs (pinoy, ah tiongs and ah nehs)
3. Layer 2 is for most sinkees
4. Layer 3 is for poor sinkees.

The commercial underground rock cavern storage facility for oil and petrochemicals is a first in South-east Asia, and also the deepest underground public works structure in Singapore so far. It is located 150 metres below ground, or four times as deep as the deepest MRT station in Singapore, the Bras Basah Station.
