Its supposed to be good for fengshui no?

Dam up the bay equivalent to aggregating the 'wealth' and with the Singapore Flyer turning like a fan, causing ripples on the bay...good feng shui...

but alas, it rain heavily...the paddle wheel suppose to scoop water out from the bay...er..wait no...its turning the wrong direction, its scooping water in...

and the great menstrual pad (aka marina bay sands) is too far to soak up all the water Guess they did not use Whisper...or some koyak brand...
