I really liked his role in the fighter. Guys who have not watched it, should watch this, based on a true story. Christian Bale is one good actor.

Hehehe. Chey! Me thought got typo, 'christian babes'.

He takes method acting to a whole new level :D

he drank coffee and ate only apples to lose weight for the role in machinist. Then he took up binge eating to regain weight and did gym sessions everyday to win the role of Batman. Too hard core

Robert de niro was one of the first actors to alter his body for movie roles. He trained obsessively for boxing in The Raging Bull.

He became so good at boxing that his trainer told the media he could easily turn pro and win titles. Unfortunately he gained back all his weight and put on some more to play a fatty in his next role.

The fatty in the pic above was not his next role. It was the same role in the same movie. He was playing Jake La Motta as a washed out celebrity-boxer telling jokes for a living.
