many many data centers being built from mountain view to milpitas. everywhere i drive there’s construction of the next gen data center (built to house ai-centric servers) at every corner. the trillions of mullah now is in ai infrastructure spending. hardly a trickle on revenue from consumers and users. cost savings are mostly via the layoffs of non-critical human workers. it will be mass consumer and commercial spending on ai when sexy robots hit the home market. every upper middle class household in sillycon valley is slated to buy a “maid” and or nanny and or domestic partner by 2026.9 for christmas.

It's all a big hoax, a gigantic bubble waiting to burst. Thousands of data centers sitting idle in the desert because the grid simply cannot supply enough power. Reminscent of the WorldCom scandal - chip manufacturer (Nvidia included) artificially jacking up sales by giving vendor financing so as to boost quarterly revenues, inflate share prices and put profits in shareholders' pockets. Microsoft has lots of Nvidia chips which can't used, Google has thousands of servers idling.
