Singapore becoming like.... Saudi Arabia, heavily dependent on foreign workers?

At least Saudi Arabia still gives all the benefits to its citizens. Anyone with half a brain can do well there if he's a citizen. Lots of handouts and benefits. And foreigners are NOT allowed to convert to citizens.
