This is a govt of silence. No picture, no sound on outstanding issues:

1. Ionescu affair
2. Suntec city assault case
3. MHA-gate
4. BE in HG
5. COI into MRT breakdowns/disruptions

Pls add...

I think the govt wants to keep mum so the issues cannot be aired during the BE in HG otw it will be sub judice.

Not just silent but also cowardly.

the sound of silence... :o:o:o

Have you been reading the papers?

You're right. The PAP certainly had not been silent on these issues. They had been saying quite alot in the media. Unfortunately there are absolutely no substance in what they had said. Whatever that came out of their mouths do not add anything new or show up any developments in these issues. It's just saying the same things over and over again but in different ways.

So saying alot can well mean not saying anything at all. Kingrant is indeed discerning of this and rightly branded the PAP as the government of silence.
