Modern version of Charlie Chaplin - Rowan Atkinson as Mr. Bean.

Another Atkinson is Ron Atkinson, top comedian football manager at Manchester United in the 80s. You can laugh simply by looking at the results, tables and trophy cabinet.

gordon kaye in 'Allo Allo .

Also in the 60s there was this comedy series '' The 1948 show '' It featured many British comedians early in their careers including Marty Feldman.

1. bro, what do you think: keeping up appearances and of course, the "are you being served" from the bbc?

The best is Hui Ge. You see his face you laugh.

Ah Hui is Ah Khaw's long lost brother..

Who to you is the funniest comedian or which is the funniest comedy ever?
A guy or sitcom which really makes u roar with laughter. :p

The following for me:

1. Jerry Seinfeld or more appropriately the cast of Seinfeld, including Jason Alexander, Julia Louis Dreyfess and Michael Richards. The fact that the characters were all in their own way rather unlikable, made them even more funny. :D

2. Ten Danson in Cheers and Becker.
Not really unlikable in either sitcom and not riproaringly funny, but for someone who is good looking or either played an ex-jock or doctor, did enough to be mockingly funny.
For Danson or CSI fans, he'll be replacing Laurence Fishburne in the new season of CSI (Vegas).

3. Bob Newhart in Newhart, The Bob Newhart Show etc
Deadpan serious face, but always spot on in timing with his humour. ;)

4. Betty White in The Golden Girls or Hot In Cleveland
A kind of "kuai lan dirty" humour, but extremely lovable and funny. :o

For me, I like Will Smith, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air & Lucille Ball of I Love Lucy fame. Locally, our perennial favourites, Wang Sar & Ye Fong (deceased) rocks.:D

How can we forget CB face Chief comedian Zorro Lim and his merry bunch of fellow comedians on stage singing this legendary comical song of the decade...
