Too fast. Why csn't they slow down in populated areas. In US, speed limit is just 35 mph in town.

If the dog and the motorsikalist were to swap position can the dog escape ? My uncle think maybe can as the motorsikal was not verlee alert. But he will need to dive backwards since is not possible to turn the motorsikal so fast
