Since the investigation into former Singapore Civil Defence Chief Commissioner Peter Benedict Lim Sin Pang and former Director of Central Narcotics Bureau Ng Boon Gay by the Corrupt Practises Investigation Bureau (CPIB) was confirmed, both the net and local msm have been kept busy ’investigating and speculating’ on the identify of the mysterious woman IT executive alleged to be involved with Mr Lim and Mr Ng.

Several local papers, upon their own investigations have speculated/suggested that it could have been a certain Kelly or a certain Suzanne while one concurred with netizens from varih a very competitive bid. Derrick was subsequently ‘cold storaged’ by his Boss, Joe, when EMC lost several other storage deals.

In 2011, Derrick was about to be offered an application sales job in Oracle to cover MHA’s projects but the job went to Cecilia after the higher management decided otherwise. Derrick was reportedly posted to CA thereafter.As such, it is believed that Cecilia was ‘framed’ by Derrick and a few others who are jealous of her ability to cover any customers at CXO level.

Cecilia reportedly is a well behaved IT executive and highly respected by customers who have dealt with her. She is said to know and has access to Mr Ng Joo Hee, Mr Khoo Boon Hui, Mr Ang Hak Seng, Mr Goh Liang Kwang and many other high ranking officials. She is also on close terms with heads of various IT companies, including the wife of Ng Joo Hee, Joyce who is an IT headhunter for Cecilia.Singapore has a very small IT industry, hence a quick check with those in the industry collaborated TRE’s ‘findings’ on Cecilia as mentioned above.

On the opposite end, TRE’s own investigation seems to suggest that more than a single woman were involved. At this point in time, evidence and information gathered from various reliable sources seems to point to a certain Dorothy and Esther from different IT-related companies. Since TRE’s own investigation is ongoing, no conclusive details can be released which can prove their involvement “beyong a reasonable doubt” at this point in time.

In the meantime, TRE has received unconfirmed report that a high-ranking official running “homeland security business” has been put on “long leave” while several staff in an IT department of a local IT-related company (GLC) have been arrested and their passports impounded.

A police report has been made and will be submitted to court for intentional harassment and defamation.

You might want to consider taking this post down as it is not worth getting into trouble when you do not even know the facts.
