Is it worthwhile to analyse the sai chui in various towns? If proven useful, can clamp down outbreaks faster, isolate faster and prevent spreading as well.

if they can increase their test capacity from current 75k test per day to 250k test per day, every week can test 250k x 7 = 1.75m.tests
in 4 ,weeks, whole population tested
rinse and repeat every month
