The claims of a knowledgable Malaysian called Harimau

I remembered during Singapore Soc Sci days, a Malaysian called Harimau claimed he was able to list all the cover names of our people over there.
And that his people even placed a miniture Malaysian flag on the table of our Generals in Gombak

....... I was incredulous then, but now I believe him.........

Can anyone remember him?
