I've not gone to ntuc or use income insurance for like a decade. Their 5kg Thai fragrant rice used to be the only thing worth buying but even now other marts got cheaper.

You referring to the add-on rider, offered by private insurers? PAP says no need for that if you intend to stay at government hospitals instead of private ones.
