I think some combos are ok.

You can be a narcissist and a good CEO. A criminal and a good father. A pedophile and good with gardening.

But I seriously question whether you can publicly (and foolishly) trash a country and it's people when you are, at the same time, trying to enrich yourself with their wealth.

The two don't seem very compatible.
