黎芷珊昨日在《晴報》專欄上引述其朋友指，有朋友夫婦育有兩名13、14歲的兒子，多年來一直聘用同一名菲傭，直至一次續約，菲傭例行身體檢查驗出感染愛滋，夫婦僱主為求安心，一家四口亦做身體檢查，竟發現兩名兒子也感染愛滋病，才揭發菲傭曾與兩名兒子發生性行為。

文章昨日在Whatsapp瘋傳，有家長形容事件駭人聽聞，難以置信；但亦有家長認為，外傭質素參差：「甚麼人都有，怎知放假外出做過甚麼，最無辜是細路仔。」

外傭染病 全家體檢始揭發

黎芷珊昨日回覆本報查詢時確認，事主是她朋友的朋友，內容真實，已把所知資料在專欄中完整交代，沒有其他補充。

本報向衞生署查詢是否有接報有關個案，該署回應稱，根據衞生署數字，本港過去5年共接獲5宗13歲或以下感染愛滋病病毒的新增個案，當中4宗是透過母嬰傳播受感染，餘下1宗則因資料不足暫時未能確定傳播途徑。不過，愛滋病屬自願呈報的傳染病，未知事件中兩名受感染的少主個案，有否向衞生署呈報。

印傭協會主席梁慶基指，每個外傭來港前都要接受身體檢查，他從事中介公司近20年，曾遇過兩印傭在上工前接受身體檢查，被驗出有愛滋病，最後返回印尼。陽光女傭中心總經理陳國樑亦指，他從事中介公司10多年，曾遇過數宗因女傭有愛滋病而返回原居地個案，這些個案除要向領事館滙報外，亦要通報衞生署。

梁慶基又指，鮮有聽聞少主愛上外傭，但男僱主與外傭發生關係事件較多，不少女僱主選擇外傭時都不會選擇年輕的，如僱主與外傭面試時，外傭有化粧更不會考慮聘用。

逾8歲男少主 不宜同房

梁又指，入境處有要求外傭不可與異性青少年同房，他認為8歲以上的男少主已不宜與外傭同房，並建議僱主應多留意外傭與子女行為，如太親密要出言提醒。
