It is unfair to choose the best intelligence agency from these agencies: CIA, MI6 and Mossad. Each of these agencies has its own strengths and weaknesses. And, we now and then come across the valor deeds of these intelligence agencies which protects their homeland from security threats. Moreover, I would like to share stories related to these intelligence agencies which will throw some light on how precisely, efficiently these operations are carried out by these highly trained people.
CIA or Central Intelligence Agency is the US’s premier agency providing global intelligence in an ever-changing political, social, economic, technological, & military landscapes. But, CIA is handcuffed not to partake in any of the domestic operations on US soil. The secret Cold War spy-pigeon missions was one of the recently declassified files from secret operations conducted by the agency. In the declassified files, it was revealed how pigeons were trained for clandestine missions photographing sensitive sites inside the Soviet Union. The release also reveals how ravens were used to drop bugging devices on window sills and dolphins were trained for underwater missions. The CIA believed animals could fulfill "unique" tasks for the agency's clandestine operations. The 1970s' operation was codenamed Tacana and explored the use of pigeons with tiny cameras to automatically take photos, newly released files show.

Thanks for the correction. A better comparison would be our local SID. They are very good, and I believe they have a friendly rivalry with ISD in their respect duty in keeping Singapore safe.
