In this pharmaceutical business there are upstream / downstream manufacturing relationships.
In a typical tablet says 50mg the actual medicine is just a tiny bit something like size of a sesame seed only. The bulk are INACTIVE component and bonding agent & coloring. Some got external coatings. The upstream maker will make the pure high concentration drugs e.g. a drum of 25kg sold to downstream guys who will have their own molds and press to press out their own brands of tablets and packaging into their own brands.
The fucking bad Ah Neh is upstream and all their customers downstream many brands will get screwed.
